Service Terms;

The customer is responsible for preparing the server before the order starts. All required permissions, limits, and protection settings must be checked in advance.
We do not take responsibility for any accounts or tokens being kicked, banned, blocked, or removed by anti-raid/security bots, including but not limited to Beemo, Security, Wick, Vortex, and similar protection systems. Such cases are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Do not order more than the maximum available stock for one server. Exceeding the stock limit for the same server is the customer’s responsibility.
The bot must remain in the server with the required permissions until the delivery is fully completed. If the bot is removed, permissions are changed, or access is restricted during the process, no refund or replacement will be provided.
We are not liable for server-side issues such as admin pruning, server nukes, moderation actions, server resets, or Discord termination of the server.
Anti-nuke or protection systems such as Wick, Flantic, or any bot that removes unverified bots must be removed or disabled before delivery.
All deals are final after payment and cannot be cancelled.

Warranty Coverage;

Replacement or refund is only possible when the issue is verified to be caused by us.

Covered cases;

Not covered;

❌ Anti-raid or security bot kicks/bans

❌ Ordering above the maximum stock limit

❌ Bot permission changes or bot removal during delivery

❌ Admin pruning, nuking, or server termination

❌ Discord terminating or removing the delivered accounts/tokens
